Customer Relationship Specialist

- Technical qualifications at diploma level in IT-related fields are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and French languages (oral and written) is essential.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Good work ethics, interpersonal skills, and team working are necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service or related environments is advantageous.
- A clean police character certificate is mandatory.
