
Customer Relationship Specialist

This position plays a vital role in delivering first-class support to customers, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be integral in building relationships with customers, requiring strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Please note – this is not a call centre role.
In This Fast Paced Role, You Will- Provide exceptional customer service to a commercial client base
- Handle technical phone/email enquiries effectively
- Work with an Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services & general items
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain accurate records & documents relating to customer activity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team Key Performance Indicators
