About The Role

This position plays a vital role in delivering first-class support to customers, both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be integral in building relationships with customers, requiring strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Please note – this is not a call centre role.

In This Fast Paced Role, You Will
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a commercial client base
  • Handle technical phone/email enquiries effectively
  • Work with an Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services & general items
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records & documents relating to customer activity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team Key Performance Indicators
