Account Management Role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and growing accounts within the Healthcare division. This role requires a highly motivated individual to liaise closely with clients, providing subject matter expertise on CSSD and infection prevention & control related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer base and build relationships through professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and product knowledge.
  • Introduce new product offerings to existing customers.
  • Partner with customers to implement best practice processes.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on ways to improve their patient outcomes, and be relied upon as a specialist.
  • Apply training to service and troubleshoot related equipment.
  • Demonstrate the use/application of our products in customer facilities.
  • Travel within Victoria and Tasmania, including the occasional overnight stay.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and retain relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations.
  • Be a self-starter with a positive desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a diverse company.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven background in Account Management.
  • Ability to work at all levels.
  • Experience working within the Healthcare industry with a strong understanding of the Medical Devices market, along with prior CSSD experience preferred.
  • A full unrestricted driver's license.
