Customer Relationship Specialist

Servicing the Dandenong Ranges region, this role involves maintaining weekly/monthly call cycles to meet customer expectations, growing existing customer bases and securing new customers. Key responsibilities include actively utilising and supporting key promotional programs and advising customers on the total product range and supply/price trends.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications- Proficient in learning a product range quickly
- Superior selling and negotiating ability
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
