We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team as a People and Culture Manager.

Our firm operates as two boutique specialist legal practices servicing the region. We have three offices, with modern facilities and a fun, supportive working environment.
As the People & Culture Manager you will be part of the Management Team which includes the Managing Director, Executive Directors and Financial Controller.
With a strong growth plan, this role will influence key decisions to support business growth goals.
- Improve overall team performance and engagement through onboarding and training programs.
- Develop and execute HR initiatives that align with business objectives, including policies, programs and strategies for employee onboarding, engagement, development, performance management and retention.
- Measure, monitor and evaluate HR metrics and data to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Positively influence employee experience and the company's culture.
- Manage and execute recruitment strategy for the overall business, and
- HRIS system implementation.
About You:
- Tertiary education in Human Resources or Business.
- 10 years' experience post-graduation in HR positions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem solver focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Energetic personality who enjoys challenging the status quo.
- Passion for learning and implementing best practices and strategies for driving employee engagement, productivity and culture.
