We are seeking a dedicated Employee Wellbeing Specialist to support our organisation's wellbeing initiatives. As an integral member of the People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance across business units.

This fixed-term contract opportunity is designed to foster employee health, safety, and wellbeing through tailored wellbeing services. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting organisational wellbeing and addressing psychosocial risks.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective systems to enhance organisational wellbeing.">
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance.">
  • Provide high-level support for wellbeing programs and interventions.">
  • Engage all levels of the organisation to build accountability and promote a culture of wellbeing.">
  • Offer professional advice to enhance employee wellbeing and mitigate psychosocial risks.">

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or relevant discipline.

">

Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.

">

Experience working in health and safety, with specific knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.

">

A strong attention to detail and focus on risk management.
