
Workforce Development Specialist

The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is pivotal in driving the recruitment and selection process across our organisation.
This involves proactively identifying, engaging and developing top talent through strategic recruitment initiatives, building strong partnerships with external stakeholders and local education providers, and fostering relationships to support future workforce pipelines.
Key attributes of the ideal candidate include a qualification in Human Resources or related field, outstanding communication skills, and evidence of highly developed problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve organisational goals is essential, along with effective administration skills and the capacity to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
A Strong competency in the use of Microsoft Suite and recruitment tools is required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to obtain necessary certifications and clearances for working with vulnerable individuals.
