About the Position:

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to lead, guide and promote our education, training and capability development programs in order to develop the personal and professional growth of our staff.

The position is responsible for all aspects of education, training and capability development equipping our staff with the skills knowledge and attributes required to provide respectful care to our patients.

The position partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure education initiatives align with wider strategic priorities.

  • Development and implementation of whole-of-organisation internal and external education programs.
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to teams including development of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Leadership of workforce activities including graduate development and continuing education programs.
  • Reporting of mandatory training statistics to relevant stakeholders.
