**Job Opportunity:**
">The Organisation is seeking a Change Coordinator to join its Transformation and Organisational Development team on a 12 month contract.
As a Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of change initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and building strong relationships to maintain engagement and communication throughout the change lifecycle;
- Assessing organisational readiness for change and developing strategies to address any challenges or risks identified;
- Creating and implementing communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed, engaged and aligned;
- Coordinating and supporting training requirements and creating awareness among impacted teams to ensure changes are effectively embedded;
**About You:**
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis and creating PowerPoint presentations;
- Ability to plan, implement and monitor change in a positive and collaborative way;
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, training and communication;
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting with the ability to listen, understand and ask the right questions to develop and deliver quality support to organisational change;

**Requirements:**
- Support the Strategy & Change Manager to analyse, plan and manage the implementation of change initiatives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle;
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to address potential challenges or risks to change and adoption;
**Note:**
Please note that this role requires a Drivers licence.
