Guest Reservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Reservation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff, and contributing to the success of our hotel.

  • Update and manage guest reservations through various channels
  • Monitor room inventory and make informed decisions
  • Upsell opportunities in every sales call

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable
