Hotel Reservation ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team in the role of Hotel Reservation Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, ensuring high standards of service, and providing exceptional guest experiences.About the Role
  • Supervise and support a team of reservation specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle incoming reservation enquiries via telephone and email, upselling and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Input bookings to optimise back-to-back bookings and monitor room availability.
  • Understand property management systems (PMS) and global distribution systems (GDS).
  • Coordinate group bookings and maintain records of special accounts and travel agency statistics.
  • Solve customer problems and resolve system issues.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hotel reservations is essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
