Guest Experience Specialist

At our hotel, we're looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay.

\

We have 517 refurbished rooms and 9 conference rooms. Our location next to Central Station makes us an attractive choice for a diverse market mix.

\

This role also assists with reservations for our sister property, which offers 166 rooms in a contemporary urban style.

\

You'll input and process all reservations via our hotel PMS (opera cloud) and respond to guest calls. Your goal is to consistently offer exceptional service, recommend property facilities, and assist guests with information and special requests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly\
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences\

You'll have fun selling our rooms and maximizing yield in occupancy and rates. We're looking for someone with a positive approach, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
