We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Reservation Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing all reservations for our restaurants. You will be the first point of contact with our guests and will provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all reservations are handled promptly and recorded accurately
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stores and promotions
- Provide tailored options for reservations based on guest needs
- Respond to all guest feedback
- Be knowledgeable of the brand loyalty program and provide appropriate benefits

Requirements:

- Previous reservations management experience within restaurant essential
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, administration and time management skills
- Current RSA qualification or the ability to obtain is essential
