Job Role:

A Reservations Agent role at a prestigious hotel brand is available. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for processing reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, email or social channels. You will identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room types.

Responsibilities
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email and social channels.
  • Determine appropriate room type based on guest needs.
  • Accommodate and document special requests from guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest history.
  • Provide information to guests about property facilities and services.
  • Utilize sales techniques to assist guests in making reservations.
  • FOLLOW PROPER ESCALATION PROCEDURES WHEN ADDRESSING GUEST CONCERNS.
  • Promote loyalty programs.
  • Maximize upselling opportunities where possible.
Requirements
  • At least one year experience in reservations/front office required.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
