Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $100,210 - $112,222 per annum, plus a Total Effective Package of $122,462 - $135,978 per annum.*
Job DescriptionThe Social Worker will play a critical role in our Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Service, providing psychosocial supports aimed at restoring socio-economic and cultural functioning to clients referred to Congress' SEWB service. The position involves assisting individuals and their families to access evidence-based social work methodologies, including screening and assessments, case management, advocacy, outreach, supportive counselling, and group work.
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients who may have co-existing challenges associated with general and mental health, family and community violence, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), child protection issues, offending, cultural needs, and other complex issues.

Requirements- Qualifications in Social Work or related field
