Delivering culturally appropriate healthcare services with a strong focus on maternal support, Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Maternal Support Team Lead.

We are one of the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisations in the Northern Territory, providing comprehensive and holistic primary healthcare services to Aboriginal people living in Alice Springs and surrounding communities.

The role of Maternal Support Team Lead involves leadership and day-to-day coordination of our maternal support team. You will be responsible for mentoring and assisting the team with planning client liaison and follow-up, and identifying individual cultural and social support needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a community-based healthcare setting. They will also possess a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, and be committed to delivering culturally sensitive healthcare services.

This is a full-time, three-year maximum term contract position. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $85,176 - $99,333 per annum, plus district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging options. Total effective package: $105,979 - $121,979 per annum.
