Account Expansion Specialist

We believe successful leaders adopt a curious and collaborative mindset. As an Account Expansion Specialist, you'll help drive revenue growth through renewals and up-sales, serving as a trusted adviser to customers.

We're seeking someone with high energy and an entrepreneurial tempo, focusing on commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth among our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full commercial ownership of Education accounts
  • Building long-term, strategic relationships with customers in APAC
  • Driving revenue growth by building a strong pipeline and serving as a trusted adviser
  • Managing a continuous pipeline for new expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Ownership of renewals and preventing churn

You'll assess business opportunities, use data to support decision-making, and develop a strategy for scalable customer expansion and success.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer success or relationship management
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and persuade others
  • Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions
