Job Title:

APAC Channel Partnerships Lead


About the Role:

This role will focus on driving innovation and market growth by introducing leading technology solutions to enterprise customers through a rapidly expanding ecosystem of channel partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead commercial partnerships in order to scale customer acquisition, category growth, and customer success for Reality Labs B2B products.
  • Effectively localize global and regional strategies and programs.
  • Drive quarterly business plans with partners and own day-to-day execution via direct and active relationships with partners.
  • Build and execute local strategies with managed partners and sales delivery via partner-led go-to-market activities and channel-sales plays.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and run quarterly business reviews with regional & global partner executive teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Reality Labs including product, sales, customer success, partner engineering, marketing, and PR.
  • Perform demand generation activities to support sales performance of the region.

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in business development or partnerships at a SaaS company or major technology hardware vendor in the B2B segment.
  • Experience driving early-stage product adoption leveraging ecosystems, channel partnerships, and strategies of scale.
  • Program management skills – ability to manage competing projects and deliver results.
  • Strategic thinking – ability to craft long-term plans and targets.
  • Negotiation – strong negotiation skills with understanding of channels space.
  • Collaboration skills – prior experience in creating multi-region, cross-functional relationships.
  • Analytical – ability to leverage data to develop business plans and understand customers and market insight.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional working fluency in Korean to support Commercial market expansion opportunities.
