As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of luxury.
Job Description:- Provide personalized, efficient, and courteous service to all guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Ensure smooth processing of check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate records and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, posting charges accurately and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
