Private Butler – Guest Experience

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our esteemed team as a Private Butler, providing unparalleled guest experiences in a luxurious setting. Your role will involve creating highly tailored experiences and building genuine connections with discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to hotel guests at all times, demonstrating working knowledge across multiple departments, including concierge, housekeeping, and in-room dining.

  • Coordinating bespoke services, experiences, and amenities with discretion and efficiency, acting as the single point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests throughout their stay.

  • Overseeing room inspections, personalizing setups, and ensuring preferences are honored, offering service that is both intuitive and anticipatory, adapting to the guest's needs before they are expressed.

  • Required to be proficient in the working and knowledge of housekeeping, concierge, and in-room dining roles, demonstrating the duties and tasks of these positions when required or delegated by management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or butler service is preferred, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Sydney's premium restaurants, bars, attractions, etc., with a current NSW RSA Certification.

  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is favorable.
