The ideal candidate will excel in selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests to capture reservations via various online and offline channels. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and deliver results according to agreed revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, email, and online platforms efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between OTAs, Travel Agencies, and the hotel regarding availability, pricing, and room reservations.
- Provide recommendations and directions for guests on local culture, heritage sites, events, and trends.
- Deliver exceptional service performance based on LQA/Forbes and proprietary standards.
- Identify repeat guests and update their profiles accurately under the CRM system.
- Record reservations according to agreed system codes to track business under the correct rate plan, market segment, and booking source.
- Prepare and process pro-forma invoices and advance deposits effectively.
