About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest arrival and departure experiences. Daily operations coordination is key to delivering timely and efficient service, aligning with Four Seasons standards.

  • Coordinate daily bell desk operations for timely and efficient service.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping to facilitate smooth guest movement throughout the hotel.
  • Promptly respond to guest requests, including luggage assistance, transportation arrangements, and special amenities.
  • Oversee storage and retrieval of guest luggage, parcels, and lost & found items.
  • Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions and departmental activities.
  • Ensure team members are briefed on VIP arrivals, group movements, and special guest preferences.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of bell desk and door staff.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Uphold safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards in lobby and entry areas.
  • Embody the Four Seasons service culture at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of property management systems is an asset.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts if required.

Schedule & Hours

Full-time position with rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
