FourQuarters Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading services business based in West Gosford, NSW. This national company has experienced rapid growth due to its expanded service offering and seeks an additional headcount to support their high-performing team.
Job Description
This temporary assignment will initially last for 6 months, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent. As Help Desk Coordinator, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for maintaining all customer service and administrative procedures. Your key duties will include:
- Responding to queries over the phone in a timely and professional manner
- Managing high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy
- Providing ad-hoc administration support to ensure seamless operations
- Identifying and resolving invoice errors in a prompt and efficient manner
Additionally, you will be required to manage and follow up on internal and external account queries, as well as contribute to dispute resolution processes when necessary.
Estimated Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
