We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Logging and tracking tickets using our ticketing system.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed.
  • Communicating with customers via email and phone to provide updates on their issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
  • ITIL V3 foundation certification or knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A diploma or graduate degree in IT or a related field.
