About the Role


This opportunity is for a Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line and work onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent facilities management and workplace engagement activities planning, advice, and support
  • Conduct facilities management operations audits
  • Office/Facility tour and introduction for all new hires
  • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
  • Finance management and processing vendor invoices and update invoice tracker
  • Attend emergency situations and prepare Incident Report and upload the IR to both JLL and client system
  • Assist with onsite event setup and coordination where required
  • Management of all faults and queries raised through the helpdesk
  • Liaison with the landlord on matters relating to the premises

Requirements



  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities, or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in Finance, Hospitality, Property Management, or Facilities Management
