Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our global tech client's corporate office location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to ensure the facility remains in top shape.
  • Implement building procedures and performance measures to optimize energy use and reduce costs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service contracts.
  • Collaborate with the senior account team to develop strategies for improving team skills and achieving overall growth and success.
  • Serve as a liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding and familiarity with EHS regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management is desirable.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
