Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Administrator to support our Facilities Management and Asset Management division in a NSW Government organisation.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a professional person with strong work ethic and teamwork skills. You will have demonstrated experience in Facilities or Maintenance teams and environments, as well as strong IT skills including CMMS platform utilisation. Additionally, you will have exposure to Contract, procurement and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS),
- Process and manage Purchase Orders, Work Orders & Invoices,
- Onboard and comply with sub contractors & vendors,
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Asset Manager.

- A 35 hour week in a dynamic and professional team environment,
- A salary up to $120,000 + Super ($525 + Super per day) reflecting your skills and experience,
- The opportunity to work in CBD offices with potential for Work From Home 1-2 days per week,
