We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our dynamic support office team at APG & Co. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leader in the Australian fashion industry, supporting our amazing team and driving business success.

As a key member of our support office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our office environment.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients, handling phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and poise.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and other administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy, adhering to our strict WH&S standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to executive team members, including printing, binding, and maintaining confidential documents.
  • Actively participate in organizing Culture Club activities, communicating events, and engaging employees in various initiatives.
  • Maintain security system credentials, issuing access passes, and upholding our company's high security standards.
  • Contribute to quarterly Sample Sales, organize archiving, and collaborate with the Sustainability Committee to reduce our environmental footprint.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • The flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
