This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors alike. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, administrative tasks, and supporting the team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple phone lines, screen calls, and direct or take messages accurately.
  • Accurately maintain inbound call and visitor logs.
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Coordinate meeting bookings, arrange transportation, and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Efficiently sort and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Train junior staff members on reception duties and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume corporate or legal setting.
  • Strong foundation in administration and clerical tasks within a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type 40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and adapt seamlessly to both independent and team environments.
