About the Role

As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the office is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including common areas and facilities.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the office to identify areas for improvement and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate events, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and vendors.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in servicing clients, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
