Senior Account Manager Role Overview
">We are seeking a seasoned Senior or an Account Manager looking to step up to a Senior role to manage a complex and challenging book of commercial clients.
About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and take on a senior account management role. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME & Commercial Accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of SME & Commercial Accounts, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Provide excellent presentation skills to get in front of clients and underwriters, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
- Work alongside and develop a Broker Assistant, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential.
