About the Role:

This is a high-profile Marketing Manager position located onsite at Westfield Penrith, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.

The ideal candidate will create outstanding customer connections and foster relationships with retailers, using insights to shape key decisions. As part of our asset team, you'll have Duty Management responsibilities from time to time, including working 1 out of 4 weekends and balancing it with a day off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Centre's Marketing Plan, oversee campaign execution, and coordinate stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching and guidance
  • Manage the centre marketing budget effectively
  • Drive Centre communications and content across various channels
  • Deliver an annual Centre event program that exceeds expectations
  • Practice everyday innovation, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Assist retailer engagement through regular communication and promotional activities
  • Support PR opportunities via local media relationships
  • Work effectively with agencies and suppliers to deliver quality assets on time and budget
  • Foster relationships with local community groups to identify opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business discipline
  • Experience in Marketing and leading small teams
  • A passionate, dynamic individual with a self-motivated approach
  • Strong skills in communication, brand management, customer experience, digital & social, media & PR, event management, research & analysis, and negotiating
  • An understanding of consumer behavior
  • Attention to detail and excellence in execution
