Customer Experience Leader

About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Retail Customer Care department, you will be accountable for driving specialist performance in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily work performance, ensuring specialists meet functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee specialist performance to meet KPIs
- Develop and implement best practices for process improvement
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and expertise
- Provide coaching and guidance to specialists
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be detail-oriented, a team player, and have a strong work ethic. Leadership skills are essential, as is flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work nights and weekends.
What We Offer: As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be the subject matter expert in business processes and systems. You will have the opportunity to recommend and implement innovative best practices and continually improve processes within Retail Customer Care. The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
