Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage, retain, and grow our customer base by crafting compelling campaigns and value-added programs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel customer marketing campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging customer content by distilling product information and CVPs, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
  • Retention Strategies: Collaborate across teams to develop and execute targeted retention strategies, including tailored offers for high-risk customers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to inform campaign strategies, measure impact, and continuously improve results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on campaign performance, uncovering opportunities to enhance outcomes and refine strategies.
  • Ecosystem Development: Lead initiatives that showcase Tyro's ecosystem of value-added services to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Go-To-Market Initiatives: Educate customers on new products or features to drive activation, usage, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of business or retail banking products, including deposits, payments, and loans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within finance or tech organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience leveraging marketing and customer data for reporting and decision-making.
