Customer Experience Engagement Strategy Leader

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive customer engagement strategies across channels, leveraging omnichannel marketing capabilities to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes. This role plays a critical part in accelerating reach to patients by overseeing omnichannel marketing initiatives across ANZ brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with cross-functional ANZ brand teams to develop and implement omnichannel strategies, ensuring consistent execution across ANZ brands.
- Identify gaps and propose solutions to embed omnichannel capabilities within each brand team, driving strong execution of effective campaigns.
- Establish and lead monthly governance to monitor existing campaigns and adjust based on performance, ensuring optimal results.
- Collaborate with brand teams to develop and implement new digital solutions, including marketing automation capabilities.
- Work closely with sales capabilities and leadership to drive coordinated customer engagement across brand and sales teams.
- Represent ANZ in regional and global multichannel marketing initiatives and reviews, staying informed about emerging technologies and trends.
- Evaluate and implement tools that enhance customer interactions and streamline processes, fostering innovation and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in omnichannel marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with stakeholder management, high learning agility, and attention to detail.
