About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for clients and provide customer service within your assigned portfolio. Your tasks will include onboarding new clients, presenting company documentation for client onboarding and reporting, managing project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios. This role requires experience in Account Management, Client Services/Client Management in the digital marketing space, as well as agency experience, knowledge/experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Web Builds. You will be a relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with all types of people, have attention to detail, be excited about working in an always changing and evolving industry, and have a positive and can-do attitude. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and work with various teams. You will be responsible for ongoing training and education to stay up to date with changes and developments in the industry.
