We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Capability Leader to join our Sales Capability & Solutions Team at Lion. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by developing and implementing strategies to build capability across Lion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive sales capability development programs to drive sales performance and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and growth throughout the business.
- Elevate Lion's Learning & Development offerings to differentiate it in the market, demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee development and growth.
- Take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth, promoting continuous improvement and driving business results.
- Mentor and coach sales teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge, utilizing your sales leadership background and expertise.
- Act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions, designing and delivering impactful programs that meet evolving organisational needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements to ensure maximum ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry, with a strong track record of driving sales performance and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on sales capability development.
- Experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions, with a deep understanding of the sales function and its challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Proactive & consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organisational needs and foster a culture of growth and development.
