About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our Insurance Claims Quality Assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Direction: Set clear expectations and direction for the Quality Assurance team.
  • Team Coaching and Motivation: Coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead by example to achieve member, operational, and engagement goals.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory and code expectations.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive team performance to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote and undertake initiatives for continuous improvement.

  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and internal stakeholders alike.
