About the Role

The successful incumbent will lead a team through influencing and consulting with stakeholders to obtain, analyze, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, digital systems, and applications. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of digital user experience and effect solutions that enable the business customer and end user to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, and influence the discovery and delivery of member-centric solutions supported by clearly identified member benefits both direct and indirect.
  • Lead the development of technical requirements for opportunity-led initiatives with business areas and product teams across the RACQ.
  • Leverage technologies such as HTML, JavaScript,.NET, SQL, Xamarin, Sitecore, and Web APIs.
  • Play a key role in the development of functional documentation, facilitating the management of changes, support of testing initiatives, and the resolution of problems as they emerge.
  • Identify and prepare appropriate documentation for new or changed process workflow models in a form easily understood by business units and technical staff.
  • Provide solution lead role as required, including design, costing, coordination, and specification activities ensuring that requirement deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
  • Conduct continuous improvement on Digital initiatives implemented and identify opportunities for further optimization within the process.
About You

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

  • Confident, articulate, and professional verbal and written capabilities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • Business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
  • Knowledge of digital IT trends.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and.NET.
  • Experience working with digital platforms.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
  • Extensive experience working with APIs and Web services.
  • Knowledge and use of process modeling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
