The Digital Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of digital developers, ensuring optimal performance and continuous quality improvement, to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services to both internal and external customers.
- Support, design, modify, and implement changes to RACQ's digital applications.
- Mentor team members, provide technical training, maintain a responsible, accountable, and productive team culture. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with the wider technology and enterprise team to ensure all deliveries are supported by the correct architectural implementation.
- Lead all aspects of technical delivery, including development, design, estimations, and quality, and review the completed work efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team on system requirements and develop technical design. Develop and maintain application software.
- Take a lead role in ensuring that existing production systems continue to run efficiently with minimal interruptions and continue to provide functionality and features deemed necessary for continuation of business.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Technical Lead who can lead and manage a team, with strong organisational, time management, and prioritising skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.

- Proven experience in systems development, design, implementation, QA & testing.
- Ability to co-ordinate and communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure that any problems are promptly solved.
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Technology stack.
- Thorough experience using both AWS and Azure cloud products and services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Octopus.
- Sitecore and Xamarin or Maui experience is highly desirable.
