**Key Responsibilities**

  • **System Expertise**: Demonstrate a high level of experience in the following systems:
    • IT Network experience.
    • Windows Platforms.

  • **Testing and Installation**: Test data, voice and security systems hardware to required standards.
  • **Project Management**: Oversee projects and plan, installing and relocating systems and equipment.
  • **Client Service**: Provide great client and customer service skills.
  • **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot, diagnose and utilize fault-finding methodologies.
  • **Design Assistance**: Assist with designing security systems.
  • **Sales Support**: Assist sales activity with design and quotation estimations.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborate with contractors and builders within required project commitment timeframes.
  • **System Evaluation**: On-site evaluation of present security systems and recommend system modification and upgrades as required.
  • **Certification Maintenance**: Maintain all relevant certifications currently held.
  • **Client Liaison**: Liaise with our customers regarding project requirements and delivery.

**Additional Requirements**

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Above product certification (e.g. Gallagher, etc.).
  • Current Manual QLD driver's license.
  • Class 2 QLD security license.
  • Open cabling license.
  • AV experience.
