About the Role
The Agile Delivery Manager is a key position within Simpro Corporate Pty Ltd, responsible for managing Engineering Squads to deliver end-to-end engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management processes, frameworks, and tools, as well as the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the scope and schedule for engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.
- Align cross-functional teams (Engineering Squads) to the project schedule, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Monitor projects to ensure high-quality delivery, focusing on both process and results.
- Guide and coach Engineering Squads on Agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove obstacles to project delivery, ensuring the team's success and adherence to Simpro Group guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computing, or Business (advantageous but not required).
- Advanced knowledge of project management processes, frameworks, and tools.
- High level of flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members and junior staff.
