Health Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Project Manager to join our team at Ignite. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- To collaborate with the Program Manager and Senior Project Officers within the program to develop and implement project plans.
- Assist in managing budgets, contracts, and invoices using the Commission's money system (SAP).
- Help set up and manage committees, including facilitating meetings and taking minutes.
- Work with the Program Manager to oversee the program's finances and cash flow.
- Organise electronic documents using TRIM.
- Contribute to project planning, coordination, and monitoring, including identifying and suggesting solutions to problems.
- Analyse data, reports, books, and expert opinions to inform program projects and plans.
- Prepare and edit papers, letters, and other documents for the program.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government authorities, groups, individuals, and non-profit organisations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, contract management, and procurement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate committee work and engage with stakeholders.
- Experience in literature reviews and searches.
- Prior experience in the health care sector or aged care sector is highly desirable.
