About the Role
Ignite is seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with program managers and senior project officers to develop and implement program standards. Key tasks include facilitating public feedback processes, providing administrative support for program committees, conducting research by reviewing literature and analyzing data, and preparing documentation related to various program aspects.

Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, invoices, and budgets using the Commission's financial system (SAP) and assisting in the development and review of budget plans.
Coordinate committee setup and management.Work closely with program managers to oversee program finances and cash flow.Organize electronic documents using TRIM.Support committee meetings and expert groups, including preparation, note-taking, and other administrative tasks.Contribute to project management, including planning, paperwork, and progress tracking. Identify potential solutions to problems.Analyze data, reports, and expert opinions to inform program projects and plans.Develop, edit, and write papers, letters, and other documentation for the program.Collaborate with other team members and program groups to support program objectives.Foster relationships with government authorities, organizations, and individuals to advance program priorities.
Requirements for Success
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated project management experience, effective writing skills for diverse audiences, contract management expertise, and experience facilitating committee work and engaging stakeholders. Prior experience in healthcare or aged care sectors is highly desirable.
