About the Role

Zenergy is seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of health and safety management systems for our major projects. As a key member of the project team, you will provide specialist safety advice and support to ensure the safe delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
  • Provide specialist safety advice and support to project teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe working practices
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement on health and safety matters

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of high-risk industry experience
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing health and safety management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
