About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with other donors in Fiji and PNG, identifying business development opportunities and supporting the coordination process.
  • Manage partnership program consultants and partner contracts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the DFAT accreditation process, the HEM International Advisory Committee, and other key initiatives as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree and/or demonstrated relevant experience, with a strong understanding of community-led frameworks and DFAT grant management.
  • Excellent program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural capabilities, with experience working across multiple time-zones.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively in cross-cultural contexts.
  • Familiarity with HIV and key populations in the context of global health, as well as experience working with partners in PNG, Fiji, and other parts of the Pacific.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range up to $120k base plus super and NFP salary packaging available, as well as regular travel opportunities to PNG and Fiji.
