Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Health Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the program manager, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project development and implementation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities, non-profit organizations, and community groups.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
  • Contract Management: Proven experience in contract management, including negotiation, administration, and termination.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform project decisions.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
