Health Safety Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon in Sydney, Australia as a Health and Safety Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects and programs within a fast-paced environment.

As a Health and Safety Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Human Resources, WHS, Reliability, Engineering and Maintenance, Finance and OpEx to deploy solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead large-scale projects and programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Build relationships and partner across various organizations to build and execute new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to align on project goals and resources.
- Coordinate a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
- Define and implement metrics to measure program achievements and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Present programs and projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience defining project requirements and using data to determine improvements
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
