We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team at the National Heart Foundation Of Australia.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications and/or relevant work experience in the health-related field, with strong knowledge of the health and medical research landscape in NSW and Australia.

This is a maximum term opportunity with hybrid working options and a generous salary sacrificing scheme, increasing your take-home pay.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Steering Committee, establishing a strong governance framework, and driving strategic initiatives aimed at preventing sudden cardiac death.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing critical support to the Steering Committee in setting up the Alliance's governance system.
  • Leading document reviews, scoping exercises, and the establishment of working groups.
  • Assisting in the creation and dissemination of governance structures and ensuring progress tracking of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinating communication, meetings, and reports with government representatives, stakeholders, and the public.
