This Sales Growth Leader role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Sydney, Australia, as we expand our presence in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for selling our SMS product to existing clients in APAC, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

As a results-driven individual, you'll possess a 'builder mentality' and be highly influential in process improvements and implementing best practices as we grow and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to effectively target assigned customer segments and create new SMS opportunities
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and Agency Partners to identify Channel sales opportunities and team on how to effectively sell SMS to clients
  • Self-prospect and advise existing Klaviyo customers on the value of SMS and why Klaviyo SMS is the best choice for their business
  • Participate in regular workshops, lunch and learns, and in-market networking events to educate partners and customers on leveraging SMS for revenue growth and long-lasting relationships
  • Provide feedback to the Product Team that impacts the product roadmap and what we build for customers
  • Contribute significantly to revenue targets for 2023 and beyond

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience carrying a revenue quota as an Account Executive/Account Manager/Account Director/Customer Success Manager (commercially orientated)
  • Experience working in high-velocity and high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Growth mindset, seeking improvement and being rigorous in pursuit
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English (written & verbal); additional business-fluent Japanese/Chinese a bonus+
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without restrictions
